In our mentoring groups, I bring together 3 to 5 individuals to share in a supportive, experience-driven journey. As your mentor, I offer personal insights, lessons, and advice from my own path, while helping you set goals and navigate your unique challenges. Through group reflection, goal-setting discussions, and ongoing accountability, we collectively foster growth while learning from one another’s experiences. It’s about helping you find clarity and confidence with the wisdom of someone who’s walked the road before you.
Group sessions can vary from 4-6 weeks depending on each individual goals.
$185 per person per month, depending on the depth of involvement. For group coaching of 3 to 6 people, given the more structured and goal-oriented nature.
Cancellation & Late Arrival Policy
To honor both your time and the coaching schedule, the following policies are in place:
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must notify me at least 30 minutes before your scheduled session time. Cancellations made with proper notice may be rescheduled.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive 10 minutes late, your session will be canceled, and the session fee will be non-refundable.
Missed Appointments
Sessions missed without proper notice will be considered a forfeited session and are non-refundable.

Breach of Contract Policy
At Reeka Styles Coaching & Mentoring, we are committed to maintaining a respectful, professional, and growth-focused environment for all participants. By enrolling in any coaching or mentoring program, clients agree to adhere to the terms outlined in the service agreement.
A breach of contract occurs when a participant fails to comply with the agreed-upon policies, including but not limited to:
Failure to make required payments according to the agreed schedule
Repeated missed sessions without proper notice
Disruptive or disrespectful behavior toward the coach or other participants
Sharing or distributing proprietary coaching materials without permission
Violating confidentiality within group sessions
If a breach occurs, the following steps may be taken:
Notice of Concern – The client will be notified of the issue and given an opportunity to resolve the matter.
Corrective Action Period – The client may be given a reasonable period of time to correct the breach.
Program Suspension or Termination – If the breach is not resolved, participation in coaching or mentoring services may be suspended or terminated.
Please note that termination due to breach of contract does not qualify for refunds of any fees already paid.
This policy ensures a safe, respectful, and productive environment where all participants can focus on growth, accountability, and transformation.
